Director of Finance & Administration

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial operations and support the company's continued growth. Working directly with executive leadership, this individual will help build the financial infrastructure, improve business performance, and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives. This position offers a clear opportunity for future advancement into a CFO-level role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop financial models to support business growth and expansion.
• Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve P&L performance.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, insurance programs, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and FP&A.
• Experience in a growing organization ($20M–$40M revenue preferred).
• QuickBooks experience required; Aspire is a plus.
• Construction, landscaping, or field services industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• CPA not required.
