What You’ll DoLead and inspire the marketing team, driving strategy and execution across all channels.

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that promote our mission, programs, and outcomes.

Oversee brand management, national and local campaigns, digital platforms, and external web presence.

Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to share compelling stories and measurable impact.

Manage budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Provide strategic insights, reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field.10+ years of progressive marketing/communications experience, including team leadership.
• Proven success in strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and multi‑channel campaigns.
