As a Business Performance Improvement Consultant, you will work with clients to address business challenges in finance, operations, and change management, while developing your skills through diverse project experiences.
Responsibilities
- Help clients in the areas of finance, operations, people and change
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions to complex business problems
- Compile and analyze data and document findings and communicate insights that contribute impactfully to client engagements
- Develop professional relationships with client and project team personnel that are grounded in trust, supporting exceptional client service
- Manage time and priorities effectively, take ownership of assignments, and contribute impactfully to collective team results
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Supply Chain, or other business majors)

- Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of internship
- Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
- Works effectively in teams, as well as independently
- Being creative and analytical
- Passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and information
