Construction Manager for Military TI Build-Out

Position Overview

As a Construction Manager for Military TI Build-Out, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects for a fit out facility from large commercial warehouse, to a training site for all military medivacs. You will ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.

We will need you to visit San Antonio on day 30, 60, and 90 of site work, then relocate to San Antonio to manage the General Contractor during the duration of this project. We will consider local talent as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers
• Prepare and submit project status reports to senior management
• Monitor and control project costs and expenses
• Supervise and coordinate the work of project team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with TI, renovations, build-out, and fit-out projects
• Experience in commercial construction
• Experience with military construction projects is a plus
