What’s a typical day as Jr. Customer Analyst? You’ll be:

• Providing excellent support to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring complete satisfaction
• Acting as a liaison between the IT development group and business units to facilitate new system implementations and enhancements to existing systems
• Evaluating new applications, identifying system requirements, and recommending appropriate system alternatives or enhancements
• Preparing communications and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives
• Working under the direction of a project manager to support project objectives

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations
