Junior Sales Executive

City Wide is a great company with excellent benefits! We are looking for someone with little to no experience to learn sales and grow with us. Objective The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for setting sales appointments (i.e., 5-10) for the Sales team and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. Work with the Sales team to support the bid process and follow-up communications.

Essential functions * Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments. * Sell City Wide services to potential prospects that results in ($X,xxx) sales per month. * Assist the sales team by providing product information, share sales ideas, gather competitive market data, and the development of sales quotes. * Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information. * Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns. * Support the sales team by creating sales presentation, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.

Position Requirements * Recent College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree/College Jr or Senior or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment. * Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus. * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform * Excellent communication skills (written/oral) * Prior history of building and establishing relationships * Capable of working independently and as team Our Vision : With Christ as our role model, we strive daily to make a true difference in both our community and our industry by going above and beyond as a servant leader with the goal of revolutionizing the building maintenance industry and positively impacting the lives of our clients, employees, contractors, and community!
