📝 Rquirements

• We are seeking 6 to 10 years of experience in network operations or network support, with strong exposure to L3 operational support.
• We need deep hands-on expertise with Cisco firewalls, including ASA, Firepower, and FTD.
• We require solid knowledge of NAT, ACLs, IPsec, SSL VPN, and high-availability upgrades.
• We expect strong practical experience with routing and switching across Cisco routers and switches.
• We need proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• We look for hands-on knowledge of VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, VPC, and EtherChannel.
• We value advanced troubleshooting ability at both packet and protocol level.
• We require experience handling high-severity production incidents.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are preferred but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Cisco wireless is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls is advantageous.
• Experience with data center or enterprise network environments is desirable.
• Basic understanding of cloud networking and Azure/AWS connectivity is a bonus.
• Awareness of ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management is preferred.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• We provide L3 operational support for production network environments, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues spanning routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• We configure, administer, and optimize Cisco firewalls such as ASA, Firepower, and FTD.
• We manage ACLs, NAT, VPNs, site-to-site tunnels, remote access, policy updates, upgrades, and failover scenarios.
• We design, implement, and support routing and switching infrastructure.
• We lead network changes, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities in alignment with ITIL processes.
• We serve as an escalation point for L2 and NOC teams and mentor junior engineers.
• We contribute to problem management, RCA documentation, and ongoing service improvements.
• We collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams during outages and project work.
• We maintain technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, runbooks, and change records.
• We participate in troubleshooting at a deep packet and protocol level to stabilize critical production services.
• We support operational excellence across enterprise network infrastructure and service continuity efforts.
