Junior Sales Representative

Tri-Coastal Ventures is an authorized dealer for AT&T and is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Representatives in the Houston area. In this entry-level role, you'll represent AT&T's industry-leading products and services, build relationships with customers, and develop valuable sales and communication skills through hands-on training.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers to educate them on AT&T's products, services, and current promotions.
• Build positive relationships by understanding each customer's needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
• Work alongside teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen your sales and leadership skills.
• Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings to confidently assist customers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
