This Program Management Team Manager role will act as a Deputy to the Program Manager in executing multiple contract vehicles and task orders ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met across geographically distributed program activities.
This position requires extensive engagement with Navy program offices, fleet operators, and defense contractors at installations worldwide and demands a candidate with deep systems engineering, acquisition management, and C4I domain expertise. Provide support to business development initiatives and program staff management.
This position is 100% ONSITE in San Diego, CA and must be local to the area. It also requires approximately 50% travel to fleet sites and program offices globally.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
