We are offering you a direct sales position to develop and grow the USA and Canadian markets. We trust that you are a leading sales and business development individual who knows the market and can travel extensively to sell our machinery at package printing converters and end users.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and drive profitable sales growth and margins supporting the company's strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, branch personnel, and headquarters personnel.
• Actively recruit, attract and obtain new accounts to solidify growth.
• Build and develop strategic relationships with existing and new customers.
• Help customers grow their businesses with sound recommendations and action plans through understanding needs and market requirements.
• Manage pricing, quotes, and value proposition by machine.
• Develop, manage, and drive new initiatives with strategic partners.

Position Requirements

• Sales management and leadership roles in the flexible packaging converting, blown film extrusion, or packaging machinery market.
• Strong communication and technical skills – verbal and written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of industry and products.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strategic thinking with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
• Proven track record of growing a successful business.
• Travel required.
• Proficient in Office Works and CRM – Salesforce.

Education

• College degree or relevant packaging management experience.
