Experienced Outbound Sales Representative

LexiconUSA is hiring an experienced B2B sales professional with a documented record of producing revenue through consistent outbound activity, disciplined follow-up, and effective closing.
LexiconUSA provides professional conference interpretation, interpretation equipment, remote and hybrid interpretation, and audiovisual production for corporations, associations, labor organizations, government agencies, conference planners, and other qualified organizations throughout the United States.
This position is for a proven salesperson who knows how to deliver a strong pitch, qualify serious prospects, track conversion performance, and move opportunities toward a decision. Candidates should understand their own call-to-conversation, conversation-to-opportunity, and opportunity-to-close ratios and be able to explain how they have improved those numbers over time.
The role includes making approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day, conducting consistent email follow-up, managing opportunities in a modern CRM, and using established scripts as a framework for effective business conversations. Strong phone, email, and written communication skills are essential. Every interaction must be professional, accurate, and appropriate for organizational decision-makers.
What We Require
Demonstrated B2B sales and outbound calling experience
A proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and performance goals
Clear understanding of personal pitch, conversion, and closing ratios
Ability to explain past sales results using specific numbers and measurable outcomes
Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
Excellent business email and written communication ability
Experience using a modern CRM to manage contacts, document activity, schedule follow-up, track opportunities, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Ability to speak confidently with executives, meeting planners, procurement teams, and organizational decision-makers
Discipline to meet daily calling, email, follow-up, and performance goals
Ability to qualify prospects, identify upcoming meetings, uncover operational requirements, and advance legitimate opportunities
Confidence handling objections, defending value, and asking for the business
Ability to follow a structured sales process while keeping conversations natural and relevant
Consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and accurate CRM documentation
Professional judgment when representing LexiconUSA to established organizations
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and performance incentives.
This is not a customer service, order-taking, or passive lead-response position. We are seeking a disciplined revenue producer who understands that successful B2B selling requires sustained outbound activity, a credible pitch, strong email communication, accurate CRM management, careful qualification, and the ability to close.
