ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our compassionate team in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff and management
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain and organize patient, employee, and company records and files
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and correspondence
• Support HR and staffing functions such as onboarding paperwork and caregiver scheduling
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and general office operations run efficiently

Requirements

• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
• Experience in home health, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
