Warehouse Management System Product Manager

Must have built out a Warehouse Management System

100% onsite in Downtown

No C2C or 3rd Party candidates will be consisdered

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
• 3-7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience owning backlogs and executing against product roadmaps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions (SQL, analytics platforms, A/B testing, etc.)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and attention to detail
• Exceptional organization and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple initiatives
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and client-facing teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real problems
