Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of a Nursing Supervisor, you will deliver compassionate, personalized care following each client’s unique plan:

• Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, dressing/undressing, hygiene, oral care, toileting, and monitoring vital signs or measurements as required.
• Daily Living Support: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, perform light housekeeping, change linens, and assist with specialized care (e.g., emptying catheters/ostomy bags).
• Companion & Transport Services: Escort clients to medical appointments, shopping runs, and enjoyable outdoor activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of documented healthcare/caregiving experience.
• Certifications & Health Clearances: Valid CPR certification and a negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray).
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license with an insured, reliable personal vehicle.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• High empathy, patience, and dedication to client well-being.
• Strong commitment to client privacy, confidentiality, and medical record security. Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, families, and team members.
