Waiter/Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and serve food items as needed, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
