Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Property Management Manager to oversee the operational and financial management of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day property operations, managing financial reporting, coordinating with tenants and internal teams, and ensuring efficient property management activities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Supervise and coordinate daily property management activities.
• Manage financial reporting, including budget variances, accruals, and operational expenses.
• Process invoices and ensure timely financial documentation.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support property operations.
• Monitor property performance and recommend operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
• Support and mentor junior staff members as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and customer service.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in property management or commercial real estate management.
• Experience managing operational and financial aspects of commercial properties.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting experience.
• Experience coordinating with tenants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members is preferred.
