Farmers Market Barista

Wipeout Coffee is a local organic specialty coffee company built around great coffee, friendly service, and the Southern California surf lifestyle. We serve coffee and sell our organic coffee beans at Farmers markets throughout San Diego.

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Farmers Market Barista to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve hot coffee, iced coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Explain our coffee products and help customers choose the right roast
• Process payments using our point-of-sale system
• Help set up and break down the Farmers market booth
• Restock cups, milk, coffee, ice, and other supplies
• Keep the booth clean, organized, and ready for service
• Work closely with the team during busy market hours
• Help create a fun and positive experience for customers

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Punctual, responsible, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Available early mornings and weekends
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to stand for extended periods and assist with booth setup
• Reliable transportation to Farmers markets throughout San Diego
• Barista, food-service, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required

We’re happy to train the right person. Reliability, personality, and a willingness to learn are the most important qualities.
