About Fast Lane Drive
Fast Lane Drive is a global, members-only exotic car club built around curated experiences, meaningful relationships, business networking, and philanthropy.
With chapters across the United States and internationally, FLD brings together entrepreneurs, executives, investors, collectors, and automotive enthusiasts through exclusive drives, destination experiences, charitable initiatives, and major global events.
As FLD continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional operational leader who can work directly alongside the Founder and CEO to organize, strengthen, and scale the company.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly capable Director of Operations & Growth to become the operational right hand and trusted second-in-command to the Founder and CEO.
This is not a traditional coordinator role. We need someone who can take ownership, make decisions, hold people accountable, solve problems, and transform the CEO’s vision into organized execution.
The ideal candidate has experience in operations, marketing, franchising, licensing, membership businesses, hospitality, luxury services, or multi-location organizations.
The mission is simple: create structure, improve execution, and allow the CEO to focus more time on strategy, partnerships, expansion, relationships, and the continued growth of the FLD brand.

- Support the management and expansion of FLD’s chapter network.
- Build scalable onboarding systems for chapter owners and leaders.
- Ensure chapters follow FLD’s brand standards, procedures, reporting requirements, and contractual obligations.

- Improve communication between marketing, sales, events, and chapter owners.
- Ensure marketing commitments are realistic, assigned, and delivered on time.

- Work with the CEO, finance team, accountants, bookkeepers, and controller.
- Support departmental, company, and event budgeting.
- Monitor invoices, payments, royalties, membership revenue, sponsorship revenue, and major expenses.
- Improve financial reporting from chapters and internal departments.
- Support forecasting, cash-flow planning, investor reporting, and board preparation.
