Job Summary

As a Point of Sale (POS) Field Sales Director, you are responsible for leading your team of sales managers and their teams to success. Your leadership will focus on recruiting, growing and guiding your team to the top. Collaboration and communication are essential as you work with your VP to achieve organizational goals.

Job Duties A POS Field Sales Director drives the success of our organization's sales. Responsibilities include identifying, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier sales talent to build an elite team. You will lead other sales leaders on your team, foster a high-performance culture and lead by example.

As an effective teacher, you will demonstrate the capabilities of our cutting-edge point-of-sale solutions to empower your growing team to do the same. You will maintain regular communication with your VP to align sales strategies and implement them for success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting, training, and leading sales leaders and their teams to success
• Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems – Salesforce, Atlas, Gong.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to assess team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize results.
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
• Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your Sales VP.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• This position requires regular travel by car and air, therefore a valid driver's license
• Live in area relative to job posting location
• Ability to be in the field supporting your team
