You’ll assist experienced plumbers in executing high-quality repairs, ensuring plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

• Assist senior plumbers with hydro jetting tasks to clear stubborn clogs and debris from pipes using high-pressure water jets.
• Support pipe snaking procedures to locate and remove blockages in various plumbing systems.
• Dig trenches and excavate areas safely to access underground pipes for repair or replacement projects.Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and other mechanical equipment following safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites, properly dispose of debris, and adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Learn to perform basic plumbing system maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting under supervision.

Qualifications

• Construction experience or background in construction plumbing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with soldering, cutting, gluing, mechanical knowledge, and interpreting technical drawings is a plus.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and pipe installation techniques is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects.
• Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence, including power tool safety practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and communication.
• Knowledge of building code compliance and plumbing system maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to work on construction sites in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
