Business Consultant / Outside B2B Sales

We're currently hiring for a permanent Business Consultant position with one of our clients, a fast-growing organization in the PEO/HCM industry. This is a true outside sales opportunity focused on new business development. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and partnering with businesses to provide solutions for HR, payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and related services.

We're looking for professionals with

• Proven B2B outside sales experience
• A true hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
• Experience selling services rather than tangible products
• Experience in PEO, HCM, payroll, HR services, employee benefits, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred (depending on the market)
