Position Overview

Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Living. Relocation package offered. Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 plus bonus structure. The Carlotta is a premier senior living community situated on a beautifully landscaped campus. Key Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and community tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of marketing experience or a strong background in sales (outside sales preferred).
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with diligence in following up with prospects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
