Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Hybrid, Acton, MA or San Diego, CA (Local candidates only)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Contract Duration: August 3, 2026 - Feb, 2027

Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $100-$108/hr, DOE and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Overview

We're seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and evolution of Insulet's enterprise Integration Services Platform. This is a true product leadership role focused on defining strategy, prioritizing value, and delivering measurable business outcomes, not project management or delivery coordination.

Supporting thousands of APIs across more than 40 enterprise systems, you'll partner with engineering leadership to help drive the organization's transition toward a scalable, self-service integration platform built on MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Integration Services Platform.
• Own product strategy, prioritization, and backlog management across multiple Agile engineering teams.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable API and integration solutions.
• Drive product discovery using customer feedback, operational data, and business priorities.
• Develop product requirements, features, and user stories that enable successful delivery.
• Lead roadmap planning, PI Planning, and cross-functional prioritization.
• Champion the evolution toward a modern self-service integration platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading technical platform or infrastructure products.
• Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs within Agile development environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, and platform architecture.
• MuleSoft experience strongly preferred; comparable enterprise API management platforms will also be considered.
• Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments, including PI Planning.
• Ability to balance long-term product strategy with hands-on backlog ownership.
• Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
