$52.63 - $86.46/hr W-2 with benefits available

On behalf of our client, a leading national retail and e-commerce enterprise, we are seeking a skilled Kotlin Backend Engineer to join a high-impact Finance technology team.
This team supports the organization's Inventory Valuation and Gross Margin functions, building and maintaining applications that ensure accurate financial results across the client's e-commerce platform, physical stores, supply chain, and backend financial systems.
This is a high-volume, real-time environment where applications process hundreds of millions of transactions each day. The team is currently focused on modernizing aging applications while maintaining strong financial controls and data integrity. In this role, you will partner closely with teams across the enterprise to support timely, complete, and accurate financial transaction processing.
As a Kotlin Backend Engineer on this team, you will own feature development end-to-end while contributing to the stabilization and modernization of a complex Finance technology ecosystem.
