💲 Pay: $19-$21/hour (W2)

Ideal Candidate

✔ High school diploma or GED required

✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

✔ Comfortable learning new technology and supporting web-based applications

Additional Consideration for Candidates With

• Previous customer service or technical support experience
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, internet browsers, and basic computer hardware
• Experience working in a call center or help desk environment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for web-based tools through a high-volume inbound phone queue
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while accurately documenting cases
• Educate users on digital tools, online platforms, and self-service resources
• Escalate complex technical issues to internal support teams as needed
• Manage multiple cases while providing timely updates and outstanding customer service
