Network Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to own and support our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small enterprise environment where they are the primary network expert, taking ownership of the network from strategy through day-to-day operations. Looking for someone who is comfortable being the sole dedicated Network Engineer within a small enterprise.

Self-starter who enjoys ownership and working independently. Passionate about networking with strong troubleshooting skills. Flexible schedule with willingness to participate in on-call support. Ability to travel. Onsite in Minneaoplis,MN

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure across 35 global locations.
• Manage and optimize Palo Alto firewalls, routing, switching, and internet circuits.
• Support Aruba switching and wireless technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and maintain high availability across distributed sites.
• Support telephony systems within the networking environment.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain network documentation, monitoring, and performance using tools such as Logic
• Monitor or similar.
