Content Writer

We’re looking for an experienced executive communications professional to provide temporary support for a fast-paced, high-visibility communications team. In this onsite Minneapolis role, you’ll help senior leaders deliver clear, polished, and strategic messaging across a variety of internal and external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Draft executive communications such as talking points, speeches, scripts, emails, presentations, and other leadership materials
• Create briefing documents and preparation materials to support leaders ahead of key meetings and engagements
• Provide communications support for executive meetings, events, panels, and media opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information, align messaging, and support business goals
• Manage multiple stakeholders at once while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Deliver strategic communications support with discretion and sound judgment in a dynamic environment

Skills

• Strong background in communications, corporate communications, or a related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for senior leaders
• Experience supporting executives or leadership teams in fast-paced, high-visibility settings
• Ability to organize priorities, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong project management skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing leaders for internal and external speaking engagements
• Background supporting a variety of communications formats, including presentations and event materials
• Ability to quickly build trust with stakeholders and work with minimal oversight
• Comfort working across multiple initiatives and adapting to changing priorities
