Role Description This full-time 1099 Sales Professional role is a hybrid position based in Oak Grove MN, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting in-person and virtual consultations with homeowners, and presenting tailored solutions for exterior remodeling and storm damage restoration services.

The Sales Professional will prepare estimates, explain service options, and guide customers through the insurance and project approval processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with prospects, and collaborating with project managers and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Success in this role requires consistent prospecting, relationship-building, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering professional, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in residential sales, client relationship management, and consultative selling.
• Experience with exterior remodeling, construction, or related home services, and the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for both in-person and virtual meetings.
• Comfort with lead generation, cold outreach, and follow-up to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Proficiency with CRM software, basic office applications, and digital tools used in sales processes.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and customer-service orientation, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for local travel, and willingness to visit job sites and customer homes.
• Prior experience in storm damage restoration or insurance-related processes is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in sales or construction are beneficial.
