Responsibilities

• Master the Sales Process: Learn our proprietary system for rigorously following up with provided leads and turning them into loyal clients.
• Become a Local Expert: Gain deep local knowledge of the Minneapolis community to consult clients on the home and the neighborhood.
• Build Your Network: Nurture relationships that generate repeat business and referrals, building your long-term success.
• Guide the Transaction: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and confidently guide them through the purchase or sale process.
