Tycon Companies is currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team.

The Property Manager would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property at various locations throughout the Twin Cities. This position will report to a main office but must be able to establish a good working relationship with other staff members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good resident relations by prompt and complete response to resident inquiries for maintenance.
• Responsible for all leasing and retention of future or current tenants.
• Understands and carry out all policies and procedures.
• Respond to all actions that involve or influence properties managed in an appropriate manner.
• Inspect properties and follow-up on completed vendor projects.
• Respond to emergency situations during working hours and after working hours.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers, residents, and vendors.
• Monitor monthly income and expenses within the guidelines of the approved operating budget.
• Greeting prospective tenants, qualifying them according to required criteria.
• Maintains customer service and excellent relations with residents, outside agencies or vendors and organizations.
• Oversee purchases and manage expenses.
• Process all paperwork associated with move-ins and move outs.
• Manage apartment turns efficiently and effectively.
• Manage overall cleanliness of the property and daily routine of caretakers and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous management experience within real estate is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are a must, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with DocuSign and Rent Manager is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Tycon Companies offers paid vacation, time and a half overtime pay, mileage reimbursement as needed, and partial health insurance reimbursement. The ideal candidate would be dependable, flexible and be able to work independently. Start time is 8:00 AM and typically ends at 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
