2nd Shift Warehouse Working Supervisor

Shift: 2nd Shift (Sun–Thu, approx. 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM; hours may vary on heavy-volume nights)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate + 2nd shift differential

We’re hiring a hands-on leader to keep our St. Paul warehouse running at peak performance. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Working Supervisor, you’ll lead by example—working alongside your team to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and ensure safety.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and work with team members on picking, packing, loading, and inventory tasks
• Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust priorities to meet shipping goals
• Train and coach staff on safety, equipment use, and best practices
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete end of shift reports

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years warehouse experience, 1+ year in a lead or supervisor role
• Forklift certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours
• Strong leadership and communication skills
