Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming visitors and managing meeting room scheduling.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages requiring signatures.
• Support office operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring office and kitchen supplies are stocked.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership and team members as needed.
• Track and reconcile expense reports for designated staff.
• Organize meetings and internal events, including coordination of catering and logistics for on‑site and off‑site functions.
• Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a shared office environment.
• Prior experience coordinating travel arrangements is a plus, but not required.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 2-4 years of administrative or office support experience; industry experience a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
