Server/Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations as needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure efficient service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining experience.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service is highly valued.

Pay: $11.41 - $20.00 per hour
