Schedule

• Thursday - Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow IHG brand standards and hotel policies
• Help create an exceptional guest experience every day

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with IHG or hotel property management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available for all scheduled shifts, including weekends
