This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of multi-million-dollar custom residences, luxury portfolio homes, and to shape not only exceptional homes but also cohesive, beautiful neighborhoods. You will collaborate with an unparalleled team of designers, builders, and craftspeople and experience the rare satisfaction of seeing your designs fully realized—from concept to completion.

Salary: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of multi-million-dollar custom residences, luxury portfolio homes, and cohesive neighborhoods from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with a team of award-winning designers, builders, and craftspeople.
• Develop timeless design solutions that elevate daily living while maintaining architectural integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury home design and custom residence projects.
• A refined design sensibility with the ability to create inspiring, timeless spaces.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills in managing cross-functional design teams.
