Pay Rate: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4 PM (With occasional evenings or Saturdays)

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience required
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and mechanical systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance practices
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments

Job Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split units
• Diagnose and repair compressors, motors, boilers, electrical components, airflow issues, and refrigerant systems
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance tasks
• Read work orders, document service activity, and complete reports using tablets and mobile technology
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams while maintaining high service levels
• Travel locally between commercial properties throughout the workday
