Position: Café Staff; Barista & Crêpe Master

Location: Oh Crêpe! Café, 4408 France Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55410

Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Store Hours: Monday to Sunday, 7 AM - 5 PM (Closed on Tuesdays)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team. As a café staff at Oh Crêpe!, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

The unique part of this job is that all our team members (baristas) learn to master crêpe making skills and also become crêpe chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, including latte art
• Take customer orders and handle sale transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with the preparation of food items and crêpes
• Serving and bussing tables
• Perform all cleaning tasks; including but not limited to clean tables and dishes, sweep and mop floors, wash windows and doors etc.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations
• Restock inventory and supplies
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Some experience in a kitchen (line cook/ sandwich line etc) preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable and punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
