4+ years management experience, 2 years general manager experience preferred and a friendly, welcoming personality is absolutely required. (GM Objective below)

General Manager Objective

Ready to soar? As our General Manager, you’ll ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll create a seamless environment where great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere come together. You’ll lead the restaurant’s performance, accountable for every aspect of its success while staying aligned with our standards.

Just as importantly, you’ll be committed to developing people—coaching and mentoring your management team while identifying and cultivating aspiring leaders throughout the restaurant. By investing in the growth of others, you’ll help build a strong leadership pipeline and a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

Guided by principle-centered leadership, you’ll inspire your team to make decisions that are grounded in integrity, respect, and a commitment to excellence. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and keeping us on course for continued growth.
