Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager and/or Project Executive.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa sponsorship.
- Proven leadership of Mission Critical and/or Data Center projects.
- Successful completion of the FE exam (EIT certification preferred).
- Working knowledge of general contracting and project lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Last Planner System (LSP), LEAN Construction, and ASHRAE standards.
- Understanding of Mission Critical electrical and HVAC systems.
- Strong financial and business acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting experience.
- Experience with estimating and technical writing.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented leadership style.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Outbuild, Bluebeam, Apple devices, and Google Workspace (or ability to learn).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Willingness to travel outside the Twin Cities metro area.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple Mission Critical and Data Center projects, ensuring success across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Build trusted client relationships, represent the company in proposals and industry events, and generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee contracts, financial performance, risk management, estimating, forecasting, change orders, and project execution.
- Mentor project managers, coordinators, and superintendents while leading project teams through all construction phases.
- Manage project closeout activities, procurement meetings, and contribute to long-term growth strategies for the Mission Critical market.
