Position Overview

Slim’s is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team culture, and drive financial performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven hospitality management experience, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations
• Hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor costs, and inventory controls
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and community engagement
• Create and maintain a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager or senior hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience managing high-volume operations
• Proven ability to drive revenue and control costs
• Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
