Wright-Hennepin Holding Company (WH Holding), serves as the cooperative's umbrella for its for-profit businesses. The Security Operations Director serves as the senior operational leader for WH Security and WH International Response Center (WHIRC) businesses.

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Services, this position is responsible for the operational performance, leadership development, customer experience, compliance, and financial execution of both businesses.

The Director provides leadership for WH Security operations, WHIRC operations and sales while ensuring organizational readiness during periods of growth, acquisition integration, and leadership transition. The role translates executive strategy into operational execution and develops the capacity necessary to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
