We are currently seeking an experienced patent agent for a well established company with a strong, rapidly expanding, patent portfolio. This highly innovative company has an exciting patent pipeline.

Here, the focus will primarily relate to patent preparation and prosecution of important patents and strategic portfolio counseling, thus the need for someone who enjoys writing patent claims and responding to USPTO office actions.

Notably, this will be a very visible role, as you will interact regularly with management and a diverse range of scientists and engineers relating to extremely important and sophisticated patent families. A passion for technology, while also possessing strong communication skills is essential.

Patent Agent Requirements

• At least a B.S. in chemical or materials engineering, physical chemistry, or related.
• USPTO license
• At least 3 years of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience in related technology
