Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions to support the organization's objectives.

Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our cloud environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve cloud-based processes and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the cloud infrastructure.

Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure systems and processes.

Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of cloud projects.

Identify and implement cost-saving measures for cloud operations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior cloud engineers.

Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Collaborate with vendors and external partners to leverage their expertise and resources.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Continuously monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance and make adjustments as needed.

Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in the cloud environment.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.

Act as a subject matter expert for cloud technologies and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the cloud environment.

Adhere to U.S. Bank Corp's policies and procedures, including security and compliance requirements.
