Develop and maintain a highly efficient and reliable Dev Ops infrastructure for Medtronic's global healthcare solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall performance, reliability, and scalability of our technology systems.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery processes to ensure the timely and efficient deployment of software updates.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
Utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies to automate processes and streamline workflows, while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and knowledge sharing to continuously enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Dev Ops space, and make recommendations for their implementation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their technology solutions and ensure seamless integration with Medtronic's systems.
Lead and oversee the planning and execution of major system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
