Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Work within project timelines and deliver designs that meet both business and user goals.

Advocate for the user and UX/UI design principles within the company.

Contribute to the evolution of Comcast's design system and design processes.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior design team members.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Handle constructive feedback and incorporate it into design iterations.
