Senior Graphic Designer - Social and Paid Media, B2B, Concept

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on social media and paid campaign design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a passion for creating visually compelling content that drives engagement and results.

Candidates need to be highly conceptual designers and creative problem solvers who can lead the creative process, explain their design, pitch their work, and influence clients towards an appropriate decision. This role is Hybrid, requiring candidates be in the office on their first day and as business needs require.

Applicants must reside in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Tysons to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative graphics for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
• Create visual assets, including banners, infographics, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing highly conceptual designs for social media and paid campaigns.
• Experience in booth design, branding spaces, and corporate events is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Must have experience designing in PowerPoint.
• Experience working in a client facing role and/or with C-Suite level stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiatives; B2B, corporate, and service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when needed.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Sound business acumen to adapt while working alongside client-serving professionals.
