Sr. Creative Designer Consultant

One of the nation’s most sought-after, household-name retailers is looking for a visionary Retail Creative Designer to help redefine how millions of consumers interact with their favorite brands.

This is a high-impact, long-term contract role running through at least January 2027, operating on a flexible hybrid model (heading into the corporate HQ for high-energy vendor collaboration and team brainstorming when it makes sense). Responsibilities

• Birth Next-Gen Brand Identities: You won’t just work within standard guidelines; you will actively build, evolutionize, and adapt complex brand systems across a massive portfolio of diverse business categories.
• Design Packages That Walk Off Shelves: Serve as the master architect behind stunning consumer packaging that commands attention, sparks joy, and redefines the unboxing and un-shelving experience.
• Transform Retail Environments: Bring spaces to life by seamlessly translating core brand identities into immersive in-store graphic communications, dynamic retail marketing, and show-stopping signage.
• Command the Room (and the Boardroom): Build high-impact visual presentations that don't just showcase your designs, but tell a compelling narrative connecting your creative genius directly to major business triumphs.
• Collaborate with Elite Cross-Functional Teams: Rub shoulders and sync minds with top-tier marketers, merchandisers, and producers, turning collective brainstorming sessions into retail reality.
