We are excited to invite applications for a Project Surveyor to join our Minneapolis office, focusing on projects across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Preference will be given to candidates located in Madison, WI. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing full-time office work or a combination of in-office and remote work. Exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of right-of-way plats, parcel sketches, and ALTA surveys that support high-impact infrastructure initiatives.
• Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and team collaboration, while maintaining effective communication with clients to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize project workloads and ensure high-quality outputs from the team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, enhancing their technical skills and ensuring quality control.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Trimble equipment and software.
• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
• Demonstrated project management success, leading projects from planning through execution.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience supervising and developing team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-discipline public infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record; a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Minnesota, North Dakota, or Wisconsin is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in the relevant states within 18 months of hire is encouraged.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including education, experience, skills, job location, internal equity, market analysis, and specific qualifications.
