Client Services & Ops Leader

Are you a detail-oriented, client-focused professional looking to support a growing financial advisory practice? An elite Financial Advisor affiliated with Foster Klima is seeking a Client Services & Ops Leader to lead the operational tasks for their personal practice, with a specialization in investment operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work with the advisor in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule.

This position requires industry experience, above and beyond client service, and exceptional organizational skills. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact on clients while having the ability to grow and evolve with the business over time and grow your career within Finance.

Our office is located in Minnetonka. This role offers hybrid work, with 3 days in the office after onboarding is complete. We are only considering candidates with Securities Licensing (Series 7, 63/66) obtained.

Compensation

$90,000 - $95,000 with bonus
