• Training: 100% onsite (Monday–Friday)

Job Overview

We're hiring Technical Customer Support Representatives to assist clients and advisors with web-based tools and online services. You'll handle inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, educate users on company systems, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great entry-level opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee after the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound customer calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web-based technical issues.
• Guide clients through online tools and systems.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple cases while providing outstanding customer service.
• Continuously learn new systems, tools, and processes.

Required Qualifications

✅ High school diploma or GED

✅ 0–1 year of customer service or related experience

✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✅ Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way

✅ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

✅ Reliable high-speed internet for hybrid work

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, internet browsers, and computer hardware
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
